Chromebook una computadora portátil o tableta que ejecuta ChromeOS basado en Linux como su sistema operativo. Inicialmente diseñados para depender en gran medida de las aplicaciones web para tareas utilizando el navegador Google Chrome.
Se que en el mercado existen ahora mismo un sin numero de productos, desde celulares, computadoras, relojes, tabletas etc, pero poco se explica de lo excelente ejecuta las app de Android y Linux.
La Chromebook y su Android integrado es un buen acierto y te lo esta diciendo alguien Pro Apple. Todo el mundo o casi todos tienen un Gmail y no haces con solo colocarlo en el dispositivo y ya puedes correr todas las nubes que respaldan las aplicaciones de Google como todas las cuentas donde tengas adjuntados tus passwords y BOOM! perfecto, tienes en tus mano una computadora muy funcionar para muchos de tus trabajos o rutinas diarias por internet.
Si, es muy cierto que de alguna forma estas limitado, pues en mi caso tengo programas de dibujos y ediciones de fotos y vídeos que son mucho mas poderoso en una pc convencional, pero aun asi dentro de la PlayStore hay muchas app que funcionan muy bien para todo eso. Pero si lo que buscas es la comodidad de tener en tus manos una Laptop Hibrida como es mi caso que tengo una Acer Chromebook Spin 311, puedes utilizarla como tablet y laptop a la vez, para escribir, redactar o simplemente ver tus series o redes sociales. Sin duda, automáticamente se convierte en un recomendado tener una Chromebook.
Como usuario de una Ipad Pro se que muchas cosas que hago en la Chromebooks puedo ejecutarlas en la tableta, incluso en mi teléfono móvil pero soy de los que piensa que todo tiene su uso especial y hoy en día la nube te ayuda a respaldar muchos de tus trabajos si los necesitas terminar en tu PC o incluso Mac, aun que trabajes desde Microsoft o Android.
Si tienes una de esta portátiles ChromeOS es vital que sus app mas productivas puedas usarlas si no tienes internet, por aquí dejare un pequeño tutorial de algunas de las aplicaciones útiles de Google y como activar su función offline.
Apps de Google:
- Google Sheets: Hoja de carculos, app que funciona como el programa de Excel en Microsoft
- Google Slides: Presentaciones de Google, trabaja igual que PowerPoint en Microsoft
- Google Docs: Documentos de Google, trabaja igual que Word de Microsoft.
Y por ultimo pero no menos importantes, es mas simple y se aleja de los programas de trabajo pero es muy buena app Google Keeps: es un programa de hacer anotaciones. Estos programas todos se sincronizan muy bien online y mediante la nube.
Tutorial:
Al entrar a estos programas en Chromebook asegurate primero que nada q esten descargados al Chrome OS y no sean enlaces desde la web.
Ejemplo: Si entras a la app de Google Docs y se ve así estas entrando desde un enlace a internet y no podrás activar el offline de la app desde la web.
Todas las aplicaciones tienen que verse uniformes y que no aparezcan los enlaces de internet en su parte superior; así se debe ver:
Segundo paso, todas las app de esto programa tienen la misma interfaces y siempre contaran con un pequeño símbolo con tres rayas en la parte superior izquierda.
Una ves presiones esas tres rayas te aparecerá esta columna con distintos tipos de opciones.
Seleccionas configuraciones y vas hasta las ultimas opciones y encontraras una que dice:
Activas esa función y listo, todas las app antes mencionadas las podrás utilizar offline, junto a los archivo que anteriormente trabajaste.
Gmail:
- Ademas dejo como añadido por aquí como también hacer que tu Gmail te funcione Offline si necesitas leer o trabajar algún correo recibido fuera de tu hogar sin internet.
Primero que nada entras a la app de tu correo electrónico y como anteriormente mencionado asegúrate que no sea un enlace web. En la parte superior derecha veras una símbolo de engranaje que tendrás que presionar para encontrar la función.
Una ves presionado te aparecerá una columna con la opción de ver todos los ajustes.
Entras en ver todos los ajustes y veras la opción de sin conexión, una ves presionada te aparecerá: Sin conexión, Ajustes de sincronizacion y Seguridad; seleccionas los tres y listo ya tienes tu correo sin internet.
Eso si, te recomiendas que si usas esta función no sean en un dispositivo compartidos, esto quiere decir que no tengas cuentas de invitados o dos usuarios en un tu Chromebook ya que tus correos electrónicos se alojaran como archivos mediante descarga.
Existen muchas otras app de dibujo, editar, escribir, leer de función offline en Chromebook mediante el Play Store de Android, solo tienes que buscar bien cual aplicación se ajusta a tu conveniencia sin internet.
